Example Decidability Records

What You’re Seeing

This these are two examples of the human-readable version of the underlying decidability record created and stored by Runcible.

Runcible produces an extremely dense digital record. That output is universal – every prompt that asks for an analysis is processed identically.

But different organizations require different emphasis and de-emphasis.

The human readable representation of that record is called an ‘output contract’. The output contract is customizable based upon the needs of the organization just as the protocols can be customized based on the needs of the organization.

So the data for the decidability record is translated produced by our LLM, it is reorganized by the Orchestrator (what runs the programs), and it is formatted by the user’s client.

These examples were from actual submissions to Runcible, that have been sanitized and simplified for your review.

Enjoy. 😉

Pick a record to walk through

Two paths. Each opens the full record — claim, interests, the reciprocity test, the causal chain, and where decidability breaks down.

The liability operating system for living medicines

A living-medicine implant that can deliver years of therapeutic benefit. The science is advancing — but who bears the cost when a living medicine behaves unexpectedly, ten years later?

Authoring the standard, not just meeting it

Human “immune systems in a dish” as an alternative to animal trials. The FDA Modernization Act removed the animal mandate — but never said what replaces it. Whoever produces the trustworthy record defines the category.

Encellin ENCRT — Encapsulated Cell Replacement Therapy

Living-medicine platform using encapsulated therapeutic cells, protected from immune attack while exchanging therapeutic biomolecules with the host.

A minimally invasive encapsulated-cell implant can safely provide years of therapeutic benefit without systemic immunosuppression.

Current evidence:

Clinical efficacy:  [Incompletely Demonstrated]

Every party that gains or loses when the claim is tested

Necessary conditions, and what’s actually been shown

Cell viability — cells must survive long-term. Early human support exists.
[Partially demonstrated]

Molecular exchange — therapeutic molecules must pass. Supported by platform design and preclinical work. [Demonstrated]

Who bears the cost when the living medicine behaves unexpectedly?

Failure examples: excessive secretion · insufficient secretion · membrane failure · cell mutation · manufacturing defect.

Current answer: fragmented — responsibility distributed among manufacturer, surgeon, clinic, regulator, insurer.

Reciprocity status: [Incomplete]

This is where most cell therapies fail economically.

Can every clinical output be traced to its origin?

Today’s systems do this partially. Runcible’s question: can every therapeutic output be reconstructed as a causal chain? If not — liability remains undecidable. [Undecidable]

[Adjudicable – not yet Decidable]

Reason: success criteria remain incomplete.
Unresolved:

Where the money actually moves

Manufacturing → Cell loading → Implant quality → Engraftment → Vascularization → Cell viability → Therapeutic output → Clinical outcome → Economic outcome → Legal liability

Most biotech systems stop at clinical outcome. The largest economic losses occur after it — at the liability layer.

The costs current biotech accounting excludes

These become visible only after commercialization. This is where investors lose money.

What Runcible installs

Every implant receives: digital twin · manufacturing chain · evidence chain · monitoring chain.

For every adverse event, the decision engine computes: causal contributors · confidence score · responsibility allocation · restitution pathway.

This converts liability from narrative dispute into computable adjudication.

In developing a living medicine, Encellin is creating a new category of liability.

Every breakthrough eventually hits a wall where science is no longer the bottleneck — accountability is. Runcible is the infrastructure that makes advanced technologies warrantable, insurable, and governable at scale. In this capacity, Runcible is backing the liability operating system for living medicines.

Parallel Bio — Human Immune Organoids

Human immune organoids can predict human immune response more reliably than animal models — and can stand as regulatory-grade evidence in place of, or alongside, animal studies.

Illustrative evidence posture:

Regulatory acceptance as a substitute for animal data:   [Incompletely Demonstrated]

Every party that gains or loses when the claim is tested

Necessary conditions for organoid evidence to count

Organoid fidelity — must recapitulate human immune function.  [Partially Demonstrated]

Reproducibility across donors and batches — the regulatory crux.  [Partially Demonstrated]

Who bears the cost when an organoid prediction is wrong?

Current answer: undefined — distributed across developer, platform, and regulator.

Reciprocity status: [Incomplete]

This is where novel-modality platforms stall: no one has defined who is accountable for a model’s prediction.

Can every prediction be traced to its origin?

Runcible’s question: can every therapeutic output be reconstructed as a causal chain? If not — liability remains undecidable. [Undecidable]

[Adjudicable – not yet Decidable]

Reason: success criteria remain incomplete.
Unresolved:

Where the category actually gets decided

Most platforms stop at predictive claim. The decision that carries the value — and the risk — happens at the regulatory-submission layer.utcome. The largest economic losses occur after it — at the liability layer.

The costs current biotech accounting excludes

What Runcible installs

Every implant receives: digital twin · manufacturing chain · evidence chain · monitoring chain.

For every regulatory submission, the engine computes the warrant: exactly what evidence supports the claim, and precisely where it is still discretionary.

This converts “trust our model” into an auditable, computable regulatory argument.

Parallel Bio is replacing animal trials by creating a new evidentiary standard — and right now no one has defined what makes human-model evidence regulatory-grade.

The FDA Modernization Act removed the animal mandate but didn’t say what replaces it. Whoever produces the reproducible, auditable, computable record that regulators can trust will define how the entire category is regulated. Runcible enables Parallel Bio to build that record. As a result, Parallel Bio isn’t an early adopter of an assay — it’s an early author of the regulation.

This is an example of a Runcible output specified by an output contract. It is a relatively simple response to a relatively simple question. While this volume of output is overwhelming, it is only a small subset of what analysis Runcible can produce.

This output is not human readable. It won’t even be understood correctly by others AI’s. Our point here is only to illustrate the depth of analysis Runcible is capable of vs the simplification of the user presentation it can be reduced to.

We can, or you can, convert runcible’s vast analysis into terms useful for your organization.

"summary": "This is a strong strategic framing: in a regulatory gap, the practical standard tends to become ‘whatever evidence package repeatedly passes review.’ To make it actionable (and not just rhetoric), you need to operationalize three things: (1) the exact context-of-use for immune organoids, (2) what “trustworthy record” means in auditable QA and reproducibility terms, and (3) how liability and residual risk are carried if the new template is wrong. Without those, the thesis remains plausible but undecidable and unsafe for high-reliance decision-making.",

And it applies everywhere you invest

These two records are example outputs — they don’t bound the technology. Any claim, in any company, can be turned into an auditable reasoning chain. A sketch of where a Decidability Record fits:

Company due diligence

  • Investment Record — scientifically promising, or investably scalable?
  • Founder Record — can this team survive translation to commercialization?
  • Platform Record — is this a product, or a platform?

Clinical translation

  • Clinical Translation Record — what prevents this science from becoming medicine?
  • Human Proof-of-Concept Record — did this result actually reduce uncertainty?
  • Adoption Record — if approved tomorrow, would anyone use it?

Longevity-specific

  • Aging Biomarker Record — what does this biomarker actually predict?
  • Rejuvenation Record — what even counts as rejuvenation?
  • Longevity Endpoint Record — FDA, investors, patients want different answers; compute the alignment.

Manufacturing

  • Cell Therapy Manufacturing Record — trace every outcome to manufacturing conditions.
  • Gene Editing Record — can every edit be warranted?
  • Synthetic Biology Record — what happens when engineered systems meet reality?

Liability

  • Therapeutic Liability Record — when outcomes diverge, who is responsible?
  • Autonomous Therapy Record — cells make decisions; who owns them?
  • Long-Duration Therapy Record — attribute an outcome 10 years later.

Industry infrastructure & portfolio

  • Regulatory / Reimbursement / Insurance Records — what evidence makes each inevitable?
  • Portfolio Risk Topology — score every company on a common framework.
  • Translation Gap Index — distance between scientific capability and deployable medicine.

Today biotech measures scientific risk. Tomorrow it will need to measure translation risk. The Decidability Record is the bridge between the medical thesis — science becoming medicine — and Runcible’s — medicine becoming governable infrastructure.
