Connect each assignment to the purpose it serves.
Represent the organization, its objectives, programs, projects, and roles. Connect tasks, assignments, dependencies, schedules, and communication to that structure, so participants can see how their work relates to the larger objective.
With Runcible AI, the same problem can also carry a proof with findings and limits, an explanation, options for resolution, and a recommended action. People can inspect those grounds before deciding what to do.
04 / Authority and participation
Make responsibility and permission explicit.
Keep decision rights, permissions, procedures, workflow states, and approvals with the work they govern. Contributors can supply information and raise objections; the people with the relevant authority can assess a course of action.
Decisions may also be delegated to Runcible AI within Oversing under an identified scope, permissions, conditions, and escalation path. Availability must be established for the implementation. Connections to capacity, resources, and financial relationships likewise depend on what has been implemented.
05 / One worked example
Follow a proposed change from concern to outcome.
Management wants fairer compensation across unequal sales territories and proposes pooling commissions already earned. Resolving that concern involves the agreements, affected people, authority to change terms, and work needed to carry out a remedy.
Example status: The AI analysis is a retained fictional development example using stipulated facts and agreements. The Oversing steps below describe a proposed continuation, not a recorded customer outcome.
Raise and examine the concern. Runcible AI distinguishes earned obligations, future compensation terms, and voluntary participation. Its recorded analysis identifies supported alternatives and rejects unsupported claims about people’s motives.
Choose an authorized course. In the proposed Oversing continuation, participants would review the findings, develop future terms or a voluntary arrangement, and obtain the necessary authorization.
Assign the implementation work. Responsible participants would receive the administrative assignments, with the agreed terms, permissions, and relevant dependencies attached.
Retain and review the result. The institution would keep the decision, commitments, completed work, and observed outcome together. Later participants could inspect what happened and reopen questions when circumstances change.

Retain what people knew, what they committed to, what they decided, and what followed. A new participant can recover the context of inherited work; a later reviewer can trace an outcome to the decision and obligations behind it.
When new information changes the situation, participants can challenge earlier assumptions and coordinate a correction. Observed outcomes can also inform a further Runcible AI examination.
